SHIPPING POLICY
Most items are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time of order, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Standard shipping is 5-7 business days, unless expedited shipping is selected for additional costs.

Custom works and lighting fixtures are made to order and typically ship within 7 days from the order date, but depending on the scope of the project a longer shipping time may be discussed.
RETURN POLICY
Our goal is that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase from Studio Jane. If you are not pleased with your handmade item, just let us know and we will be happy return or exchange the product for you within
30 days of the delivery date.
